Description
Electronic Exhaust Control. The Granatelli Motor Sports Electronic Exhaust Cutout Dual System; 2.50-Inch Aluminized Steel allows drivers to easily switch between a quieter muffled exhaust note and a louder, performance-oriented sound by bypassing the muffler. It is controlled with a one-touch rocker switch, providing convenience and instant sound modulation while enhancing engine performance by reducing backpressure.
Construction and Appearance. This exhaust cutout kit features an aluminized mild steel body that resists corrosion, combined with a CNC-machined 6061 aluminum housing. It includes stainless steel butterfly plates and shafts along with high-temperature carbon steel gears, all finished with polished stainless steel 45-degree turndowns for a professional and durable look.
Installation. Installation is straightforward thanks to the dual slip-fit clamp design, which requires minimal adaptation and no major modifications. The kit comes complete with all necessary wiring harness, mounting hardware, gaskets, and V-band clamp for a universal fit, making the setup practical for a variety of exhaust systems.
Application. Designed for universal fitment, this electronic exhaust cutout system may require some minor adaptation depending on the vehicle’s exhaust configuration.
