      Description

      Nilight Bosch Style Relay Fuse 40Amp Relay Box Kit. This Nilight Bosch Style Relay Fuse 40Amp Relay Box Kit consolidates up to four high-current circuits into a single compact module, simplifying under-hood wiring and protecting your accessories. Each Bosch-style relay is rated for continuous 40 Amp loads with heavy-duty silver contacts to handle winches, light bars, ventilation fans, and other high-draw devices without overheating or failure.

      Built to Withstand Tough Conditions. This Nilight relay box features fully potted internal circuitry to keep moisture, dust, and vibration out of sensitive components. The housing is molded from heat-resistant plastic that endures engine-bay temperatures up to 257 °F, while copper bus bars ensure efficient, low-resistance current flow. Color-coded, waterproof connectors simplify installation and reduce wiring errors.

      Installation. This product installs by mounting the relay box to a secure surface, connecting the main power and ground leads, and plugging in accessory circuits to the sealed relay and fuse ports; basic hand tools are all that’s required.
