Its spring-loaded X-Grip design expands to fit devices 1.87-Inch to 3.25-Inch wide—even when in a case—while maintaining full access and functionality. Ideal for both on- and off-road applications, this mount includes a 2.5-inch round base with AMPS hole pattern for permanent installation and offers a wide range of angle adjustment using RAM’s ball-and-socket technology.
Construction and Appearance. This mount is made with marine-grade stainless steel hardware and a high-strength composite body designed to withstand rugged environments. The X-Grip design includes rubber end caps to hold your phone without scratching it, and the optional tether adds extra peace of mind in high-vibration scenarios.
