Performance External Wastegate. The Turbosmart GenV CompGate40 External Wastegate; 7 PSI is engineered to regulate turbo boost with exceptional precision and reliability. Widely used in motorsport and high-performance applications, it expertly controls exhaust gases and boost pressure for optimal engine safety and power delivery. This wastegate offers extensive user customization for a perfect setup across varied boost levels and conditions, including adjustable boost via external controllers up to two to three times the base spring rating.

Featuring a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body combined with a Nitronic 60 valve guide, this wastegate offers superior durability and thermal resistance. The springs are crafted from fatigue-resistant 17/7 PH stainless steel. Its fully rotatable actuator housing allows flexible hose routing, finished in a sleek black coating that provides both aesthetic appeal and corrosion protection.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward as a direct fit upgrade to all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates, requiring no modifications or drilling in most applications. The kit includes all necessary hardware such as strap-type V-band clamps, inlet and outlet weld flanges, and fittings to ensure a secure and leak-free fitment.
