Vortech Fuel Management Unit with -4 Fittings; 4:1 Ratio

Helps Maintain Proper Fuel/Air Ratio. Maintaining a proper fuel to air ratio is critical to the health of your engine and the performance of your Dodge Charger. Unfortunately, your Charger’s factory ECU cannot provide additional fuel flow to compensate for the boost provided by your Vortech supercharger system, resulting in a dangerous lean condition. Luckily, Vortech offers its Fuel Management Unit with -4 Fittings as a standalone Fuel Management Unit that works alongside the factory ECU and Vortech supercharger. This FMU proportionally ramps up fuel flow along the boost curve, ensuring a safe and efficient air/fuel ratio.  

4:1 Ratio. This 4:1 ratio is perfect for oversized fuel injectors on aftermarket applications that require significantly greater fuel output to compensate for the power of your supercharger. 

High-Flow. This FMU features high flow capabilities, ideal for multi-port fuel injection systems. 

5 Fuel Pressure Curve Adjustments. Vortech provides this FMU with five different fuel pressure curve adjustments, including a bleed screw, boost screw, vacuum screw, central adjustment screw, and calibration ring/disc. 

Adjusts Static Pressure. This FMU features precalibrated gain ratios that allow you to manipulate static pressure. 

Durable Construction. This Charger FMU features pure 6061 T-6 billet aluminum construction for added strength, as well as a blue anodized finish to resist chemical and atmospheric corrosion. 

Straightforward Installation. This FMU installs inline of your stock fuel injection unit on the return line using -4 AN fittings for easy installation. 

Application. The Charger Fuel Management Unit with -4 Fittings features a universal fitment applicable to 2011-2023 Dodge Charger models, though some adaptation may be required.
