Performance Enhancement. The BBK 1-3/4-Inch Long Tube Headers in Polished Silver Ceramic optimize exhaust flow for your 5.7L HEMI engine. These headers increase horsepower and torque by 20-25 over the stock shorty headers, enhancing overall vehicle performance and responsiveness.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 16 gauge 1-3/4" CNC mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick laser cut flanges, these headers provide maximum durability and precise fitment. The polished silver ceramic finish adds a sleek appearance while offering heat resistance and corrosion protection.
Installation. Installation typically requires moderate mechanical skill and can be completed without drilling when used in conjunction with the appropriate BBK short high-flow mid pipe. This bolt-on design allows for a clean and direct fit, ensuring hassle-free assembly.
Warranty. These headers come with a full one-year factory warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 2009-2023 Dodge Charger 5.7L HEMI rear-wheel-drive models. Not compatible with all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive configurations.
