For your next upgrade, get the ceramic silver CGS Motorsports Cold Air Intake for better horsepower and torque gains. This cold air intake lets your engine breathe better, allowing in more air for better fuel combustion and improved overall performance.
No Tuning Required. The CGS Cold Air Intake doesn’t require any tuning or reprogramming of your Charger’s computer for it to work. It is designed to directly replace your stock and will work using the factory tune. Once installed, you can go out and drive your car immediately, without worrying about its performance. And while a re-tune is not required for operation, American Muscle recommends a custom tune anyway to reprogram the vehicle’s ECU and get the best possible performance from this intake.
Conical Cotton Filter. Featured in this kit is a conical cotton filter that’s pleated and enclosed in a wire mesh construction. This reusable filter seriously outperforms the typical stock paper filter media. As a result, you get a lifetime of use out of this high-capacity cotton alternative.
High-Quality Mandrel-Bent Steel Construction. The CGS Cold Air Intake is made from quality steel, mandrel-bent tubing that maintains a uniform diameter to avoid restricting airflow. It is double powder-coated in ceramic silver not only for the appearance, but also for durability and heat resistance.
Direct Replacement Installation. The CGS Cold Air Intake is designed as a direct replacement to your Charger’s stock air intake. Installing it is easy because it slots into place and connects easily using simple hand tools and the included mounting hardware.
