Description

The Magnaflow Universal Catalytic Converter; OEM Grade; 2.25-Inch is engineered to maintain emissions compliance and help keep the check engine light off. Constructed from durable 308 stainless steel with 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing, this catalytic converter features corrosion-resistant materials designed for long-lasting service. The clam-shell body is finished in stainless steel and includes an aluminized steel heat shield. Laser fusion welds provide structural integrity and reduce the risk of leaks, ensuring reliable performance over time.
Installation. Installation requires professional welding due to the pipe connection design. The compact, low-mass construction allows for installation in confined areas. No clamps or hangers are included, so installation is best performed by skilled technicians familiar with welding.
Warranty. This catalytic converter carries a limited emissions warranty along with a 5-year construction warranty to assure quality and durability.
