Description
Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter. The MagnaFlow Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter; HM Grade replaces the vehicle’s original catalytic converter to reduce harmful emissions and help keep the check engine light off. This converter meets emissions standards while supporting fuel efficiency and smooth exhaust flow.
Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with 308 stainless steel MIG welds, this catalytic converter features a spun body design with a stainless steel finish for corrosion resistance. It uses laser fusion welds and mandrel-bent tubing that replicates the original equipment manufacturer’s design, ensuring thermal efficiency and leak resistance.
Installation. Installation requires only proper tools, with no cutting or welding necessary. The direct-fit design ensures precise alignment with existing components and straightforward OEM-style attachment for a hassle-free replacement. Essential gaskets and hardware, including one O2 port plug, are included in the box to simplify installation.
Warranty. The product carries construction and emissions warranties as provided by the manufacturer, offering assurance of quality and durability.
