Description
OEM GRADE CATALYTIC CONVERTER. The Magnaflow Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter is designed to maintain optimal emissions control by replicating original equipment fit and function. It effectively filters harmful exhaust pollutants to keep your vehicle Federal/EPA compliant and prevent check engine light activation. This component is essential for preserving engine performance and fuel efficiency while meeting environmental regulations.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this catalytic converter features durable 16 gauge 409 tubing with precise mandrel bends. The spun body design remains uncoated, preserving a robust industrial finish suitable for harsh undercarriage environments. All welds are executed using 308 stainless steel MIG processes to ensure durability and leak prevention.
Installation. This product offers a straightforward direct-fit installation requiring no cutting, welding, or drilling, making it accessible for experienced DIY enthusiasts. It includes one nut and one Torca clamp for secure mounting, facilitating a quick and precise replacement process. Note that inlet and outlet gaskets and mounting hardware are not included.
Warranty. This catalytic converter is backed by a five-year limited construction warranty and a 25,000-mile emissions warranty, providing assurance of quality and durability.
Application. Fits 2011-2023 Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, and Dodge Challenger models equipped with the 3.6L V6 engine. It is engineered for an exact fit to maintain factory performance without modification.
