Description
Performance Exhaust Upgrade. The BBK 1-7/8-Inch Long Tube Headers with Titanium Ceramic finish significantly increase exhaust flow, delivering over 20 additional horsepower and improved engine sound. These headers are designed as direct bolt-on replacements to maximize the power output of your vehicle’s V8 engine.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from CNC-machined mandrel bent 1 7/8” tubing with 3/8” thick die-stamped flanges, these headers are engineered for durability and optimal performance. The titanium ceramic finish provides superior heat resistance while enhancing the visual appeal.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required thanks to the direct bolt-on design. Proper installation requires use of the matching short high-flow catted mid-pipes (Part Number 16481) and O2 sensor harness extensions to ensure compatibility with factory or aftermarket exhaust systems.
Warranty. This product includes a full 1-year factory warranty.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 2006-2023 Dodge Charger equipped with 6.1L, 6.2L Hellcat, and 6.4L HEMI V8 engines. It does not fit AWD or 4WD configurations.
