Description
Performance Muffler. The Flowmaster Super 40 Series Offset/Offset Oval Muffler; 2.50-Inch Inlet/2.50-Inch Outlet delivers an aggressive exhaust tone while enhancing exhaust flow for street and strip applications. It is designed for high horsepower and forced induction engines, providing a deep, powerful sound with low interior resonance for an improved driving experience.
Construction and Appearance. This muffler is constructed from durable 16 gauge 409S stainless steel with full MIG welds to ensure long-lasting strength and reliability. It features a larger, oval body profile finished in high-temperature paint, combining robust construction with an attractive, black appearance suitable for performance vehicles.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections. Some adaptation may be required, and new hangers will need to be sourced separately as they are not included.
Application. This muffler fits universally on a variety of vehicles with 4 and 6-cylinder engines, classic and late model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip, and trucks/SUVs. Some adaptation may be required during installation.
