Description
Delivers Increased Horsepower, Torque, and Throttle Response. These AFE 1-3/4 inch Twisted Steel Short Headers are a great upgrade for street or track applications. AFE designed these headers with optimized tube lengths for true pulse control technology that improves exhaust flow and performance. Additionally, the formed 4-to-1 collectors are specially designed to reduce turbulence and further improve exhaust flow.
Improves Exhaust Tone and Volume. This set of Twisted Steel Short Headers are also excellent for improving your Charger's exhaust tone and volume. This louder sound is great for street applications and can be further tuned to racing-levels with aftermarket exhausts.
Retains Factory Catalytic Converters. This kit reuses the factory mid-pipe and catalytic converters for a direct-fit installation. And since the kit reuses the factory catalytic converters, it will be street-legal for most states.
Quality Stainless Steel Construction. These AFE 1-3/4 inch Twisted Steel Short Headers feature mandrel-bent stainless steel pipes for unrestricted exhaust flow. Additionally, the stainless steel provides outstanding durability and protection from rust and corrosion.
No Tune Required. AFE designed these Twisted Steel Short Headers to be application-specific, ensuring optimum performance even without a custom tune. Installing custom tunes or re-calibrating the ECU is still recommended to ensure maximum performance.
Not CARB Certified or Exempt. These headers are currently not CARB certified and are not legal for use on California registered vehicles or in states adopting California emission standards. They are street-legal in all other states.
Installation. They are designed for a direct-fit bolt-on installation.
Application. These AFE 1-3/4 inch Twisted Steel Short Headers are designed to fit 2008-2015 6.1L HEMI and 6.4L HEMI Dodge Charger models.
