      Description

      Optimized Performance for the Tracks. Optimize your V8 HEMI Charger’s track performance when you install these Titanium Ceramic 1.75-Inch Long Tube Headers. These headers feature unique 3-inch wide Firecone collectors that combined with their long tube design delivers maximum exhaust gas scavenging. This results in practical power and torque gains to give you a competitive edge come race day. Additionally, these headers are designed to offer excellent ground clearance, making them ideal for lowered vehicles.

      Enhanced Exhaust Sound. These headers are also engineered to enhance your already impressive V8 HEMI sound, by adding a guttural, bass-rich quality. This translates to a more aggressive sound that’s sure to make your Charger stand out come race day.

      Deletes Factory Catalytic Converters. These long tube headers are designed to delete your factory catalytic converters. Consequently, it is suggested that you install a compatible catted mid-pipe in combination with this header if you’re looking to maintain proper emission levels.

      Robust Build Quality. These long tube headers are manufactured from high-grade 1.75-inch diameter stainless steel tubes providing superior strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Furthermore, these headers are completely mandrel-bent to eliminate turbulence-producing areas along their inner structure. These components also utilize CNC-machined stainless steel flanges 0.375 inches thick for reliable performance. Lastly, these long tubes feature a gray-colored titanium ceramic finish that’s designed to provide insulative properties to maintain a cooler engine bay.

      ECU Re-Tune Required. These long tube headers will modify your engine’s exhaust by increasing its air flow. As such, getting your ECU re-tuned is advisable. This is to compensate for the increase in air flow, as well as the relocation of your oxygen sensors.

      CARB-Certification Pending. These long tube headers are not CARB-approved at this time. Please do check local laws for permitted applications of this product.

      Application. These Titanium Ceramic 1.75-Inch Long Tube Headers fit all 2006-2023 V8 Hemi Dodge Charger models.
