How to Install Raxiom LED Sequential Chase Front Turn Signals (15-17 All) on your Ford Mustang

Step 1

Remove the (8) clips securing the plastic radiator cover to the radiator support and remove it from the vehicle.

Step 2

Remove the (8) bolts securing the bumper cover to the radiator support.

Step 3

Support the front of the car so you can access the bumper splash shield. **Note there are two versions of the splash shield. Both are attached to similar locations.

Step 4

On each side of the bumper, remove the plastic clips holding the fender liner to the bumper. 

Step 5

Fold back the fender liner so that you can access the one bolt that holds the bumper to the fender. Once removed, rmly pull the sides of the bumper away from the fender. 

Step 6

With the splash shield pulled back, you can access the plugs for the turn signals and fog lights. Then remove bumper.

Step 7

Using a 7mm socket, remove the screws holding the turn signal bracket to the bumper. Use a flat head screwdriver to assist in releasing the clips.

Step 8

Remove the (3) 7mm screws holding the turn signal to the bracket. Then remove the turn signal. 

Step 9

Using the existing hardware, reinstall the new Raxiom Smoked Signal.

**Note: Be careful not to pinch any wires. Reinstall in reverse order. 

Step 10

Mount the passenger side LED Sequential Turn Signal control box to the chassis of the vehicle using the supplied self-tapping screws.  

Step 11

To mount the driver side LED Sequential Turn Signal control box, rst, relocate the horn. Remove the 8mm bolt and transfer the clip nut to the hole circled above. 

Step 12

Using the supplied self-tapping screws, secure the control box to the chassis. Reassemble the bumper in reverse order.
