HIGH-PERFORMANCE WASTEGATE. The Turbosmart Gen4 CompGate40 External Wastegate; 7 PSI; Black is engineered to regulate and control turbocharger boost pressure reliably. Designed for forced induction systems, it diverts exhaust gases to maintain consistent boost levels, preventing over-boost and protecting engine components. This wastegate is ideal for street performance applications, delivering dependable boost control and effective flow and heat management suitable for use with pump fuel and E85.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. The wastegate features a stainless steel cast body paired with an aluminum actuator housing for durability and premium construction. Finished in black, it includes a solid stainless steel valve and incorporates a proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex diaphragm. Each unit is hand assembled and individually tested to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward for users familiar with external wastegates, requiring no drilling and featuring V-band flanges for easy fitment. The design includes a unique locking collar to secure assembly, with a specialized tool provided to facilitate spring changes and maintenance.

APPLICATION. This wastegate offers universal compatibility with many setups, designed to fit 40mm valve peer flange configurations commonly found in turbo manifolds. Minor adaptation may be necessary depending on the specific application.
