Description
Precision Nitrous Injection. The NOS Plate Wet Nitrous System with a 10 lb. Blue Bottle boosts engine output by delivering a controlled nitrous oxide and fuel mixture, capable of increasing horsepower by up to 250 RWHP. Designed for racing use, this system offers smooth power delivery and enhanced acceleration for competitive vehicles.
Construction and Appearance. Made from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the CNC-machined plate ensures precise fitment and durability. The nitrous bottle is also constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum and features a Super Hi-Flo valve. Components sport a blue finish that emphasizes both quality and performance.
Installation. The installation involves mounting a single ¼” plate between the throttle body and intake manifold. The process is straightforward for those with basic mechanical skills. Note that while no drilling is typically required, some specific installations might vary. Also, fuel system upgrades such as a fuel pump replacement may be necessary for nitrous shots exceeding 150 RWHP.
Warranty. This system includes a manufacturer’s limited 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 08-09 Corvette C6, ensuring compatibility without interference with stock components or requiring alterations specific to other generations or models.
