Description
High Performance Upgrade. If you have modified the engine of your 2010-2015 SS Camaro, upgrading the stock fuel system is a necessity to keep your engine from starving for fuel. Your stock fuel pump and fuel rails are just not capable of keeping up with a modified engine's fuel demands, so upgrade to an Aeromotive A1000 Street Fuel System to maximize the power of your mods.
Aeromotive A1000 Stealth Fuel Pump. Producing a very generous 100 gallons per hour flow rate (90 psi maximum), the Aeromotive A1000 Stealth Fuel Pump can support up to 1300 horsepower on naturally aspirated engines and up to 1000 horsepower on forced air inducted setups. The Aeromotive Stealth A1000 fuel pump includes an integral 100-micron stainless steel pre-pump filter with an ORB-08 outlet port and an ORB-08 return line port so you can plumb a true return-style system into your Camaro to support the big power you're making.
Fuel Rail Kit. Aeromotive High Flow Aluminum Fuel Rails replace those skinny stock fuel rails to reliably flow more fuel to your high performance engine. These Aeromotive fuel rails have a 5/8-inch inner diameter through bore, providing better flow which is capable of supporting up to 3,000 horsepower in racing applications. CNC machined to precise tolerances from lightweight billet aluminum each fuel rail is completed in a red anodized finish for corrosion resistance and features ORB-08 ports.
EFI Bypass Regulator. Aeromotive designed their A1000 Injected Return Style Regulator to be adjustable from 40 to 75 PSI, with just a twist of a screw, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. CNC machined to precise tolerances from billet aluminum, this Aeromotive Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator is completed in a red anodized finish for corrosion resistance and features a 1/8-inch NPT gauge port.
Fuel Pump Speed Controller. The Aeromotive Fuel Pump Speed Controller (FPSC) minimizes fuel heating and vapor-lock problems by matching the duty cycle of the fuel pump to engine RPM. At low demand, the FPSC slows the fuel pump down, reducing the chance of suction side cavitation and vapor lock. When demand increases, the FPSC returns the fuel pump to 100% duty cycle for maximum flow. ItÂ’s like an automatic transmission for your fuel pump.
Application. This Aeromotive A1000 Street Fuel System is designed to fit 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro SS models.
Technical Note. The purchase of a separate tach adapter may be required to operate the Fuel Pump Speed Controller.
