          Nice product for the price.

Pan looks and fits great. Only issue I had was a couple places where it was cut and welded there was some metal that needed cleaned up. Didn't want anything come loose and floating around in the engine. Other than that, very nice product and great price.

          Moroso oil pan

It wasn't to bad you have to drop the k member off on one side and let the other side loose so it will clear the pickup tube but all good no leaks fit like it should.

          Moroso oil pan

The pan came as discribed , I have a URP K-member and the motor was in the the car at the time of purchase. It was a wrestling match but not impossible to install. Had to lift motor aprx 1-1.5 inches and lower K-member as far as I could without totally undoing all the threads . Fitment / clearance are great now that it's in. Took aprx 9.5qt to fill to oil dip full line.

          Well Made Item...

This is really a well made item. I would not purchase this as a stand alone bolt-on, but if you are going to be taking your engine or K-Member out, it is the perfect time to put one of these on. The extra oil capacity could only be a help as far as keeping the engine nice and cool if you run your car hard. One important thing to note... If you have a stock K-Member, you will have to heat the back right edge of your K-Member and bend it up a bit with a hammer in order to get enough clearance to fit this pan on. I would not recommend cutting the lip away as it may weaken the K-Member. I have a tubular k-member, so there is no worry with clearance issues. If you like to keep your parts looking nice, you can spray it down with engine clear coat paint before you install it.

          Good fit and finish

The quality of the pan is great, fit And finish is excellent as well, bolt holes all line up and the plugs for the drain backs are nice alsol. Only complaint is the bottom of the pan is a little uneven which makes setting pickup to pan clearance slightly tricky but it can be overcome easily. All in all I'd highly recommend this pan!

This was an great buy. Installation was easy for me because i already had my engine out. Looks good and the extra oil capacity helps with keeping your engine cool, and never short on oil.

          Shade tree time

Great piece from Moroso, the drain back is great to add a super charger. I blew my clutch, so I thought I would change the pan at the same time. With the tranny out and the motor jacked up, its not a piece of cake. The sump pick-up needs to be removed at the same time. Have fun, I did, but alittle time and the proper name calling, it can be done. Once the pan is on, you loose alot of adjustment of the angle on the motor to replace the tranny. It will hit the sub fame and make getting the trans back in harder. How ever, a few new proper names, all works out just great. I put seven quarts of oil in and nothing shows on the dip stick, so I put in number eight, still nothing on the dip stick. Eight is good enough, right? This would have been the perfect time to add a new K-member, along with headers, just alittle easier. Think about it. American Muscle can have it to you prior to you finding that proper new name to make things fit.

          Great construction, questionable fitment

          1) Great pan. Wonderful quality. Excellent welds, great strength, looks, light weight. 2) 96-98 Fitment of pan is not as great. In my K member (stock style 96-98 GT) it would not fit in the valley where the old pan does. It is designed in the shape it should be (so my eyes told me as I was under the car wondering why it wouldn't fit) but is just too big, too far forward to fit. 3) 99-04 Fitment of the pan was cake. Undo the motor mounts, and lift the motor up about 3 inches. Then undo the #10mm bolts, release old pan, reinstall new pan. Done, Check hair (lol) Conclusion: My application was different then most on my 97 GT, I have done a 4v swap, and although I have converted everything, I can not be 100% sure your K or the like wont be different. What I DO know from physically trying the install on a 97gt and a 03gt is that, from underneath the car, you have the same clearances, one just doesn't fit and the other does.

          Pic of oil pan

Nice looking pan except for the visble small oil leak that is thanks to It's actually the head gasket leaking. Word of advice, if you live in Canada and you want some work done on your car...Don't take it to They left me with a small head gasket leak, exhuast leak, among other things and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation.

          Moroso Oil Pan

I forgot to mention in my last review that if your car is a convertible the extra convertible brace on the K-member will have to be removed for clearance. Otherwise the pan will not fit. Nice looking oil pan but not so easy to install, especially on convertible models. Just trying to help out some people who may rush out and buy this pan. You will need some modifications.

          Moroso Oil Pan

Looks great but this oil pan does not simply bolt in place of the stock one. There is no way that it can. You will need to make changes to your K-Member including shaving a small piece off for clearance. I know, I had this pan put on when I changed my cams, heads and intake.
