How To Install a Battery Butler 12-Volt Battery Charger for your 1979-2014 Mustang

1. Pop the hood on your mustang! 

2 Connect the battery butler to an outlet, power source! 

3. Once connected to a power source, the power light on the battery butler will turn on. 

4. Locate battery of your mustang mine is in the top left corner of the engine bay other years may vary. 

5. After locating the battery connect the black lead first than connect the red lead. If electric makes your nervous don’t be, this battery butler is very safe the leads don’t spark if they accidently touch. Also the leads have a rubber hose on them for your protection. 

6. Now that the leads are connected & the battery butler is already connected to a power source! The green charging light will turn on. At this point all your worries about having a dead battery are over! The battery butler is already doing its job of keeping the battery charge at what it should be & not over charging it. 

7. To remove the butler you will remove the red side first and then the black side.
