      Description

      Electric Exhaust Control. The Electric Exhaust Cut-Out; 2.50-Inch provides a convenient way to open or close the exhaust system remotely, eliminating the need to manually uncap the exhaust pipe. It enhances performance and sound control by allowing quick exhaust flow changes without stopping the vehicle.

      Construction And Appearance. The unit features a robust geared motor connected to a butterfly valve housed within a durable metal flange that mounts to a standard 3-bolt collector flange. It is designed for rugged automotive environments, ensuring reliability and longevity under racing conditions.

      Installation. Installation involves bolting the cut-out to a standard 3-bolt collector flange. Wiring the electric motor requires connection to a 12V power source. A harness is needed for proper operation and is sold separately.

      Application. This product fits universal applications with some adaptation required. It is specifically intended for vehicles classified as Ancient (model year 1974 or earlier), Competition, or Racing vehicles. Use in street-driven vehicles is not recommended and may be illegal under certain regulations.
