A set of Eibach Springs are great for daily driving, street, and even track use.

Clears Stock and Aftermarket Wheels & Tires. These lowering springs were engineered to be compatible with your stock size wheels and tires, as well as AmericanMuscle's pre-configured wheel and tire combo kits (specific to your generation), to assure proper clearance with no rubbing issues.

When running longtubes will these scrape with the lowered stance?

I have an 03 Cobra Convertible. Installed these springs with the factory isolators. Will Caster Camber plates be necessary for the correct alignment?

    MikeP

    • We highly recommend getting an alignment done after installing the Eibach Pro-Kit Springs. If they are not able to get the car back to factory alignment, then you will need caster camber plates.

1st Question: In reviewing my selection for either a combination of Eibach Springs (#47505) w/Koni Sport Shock Strut Kit (#37815) or the Bilstein Pro-Kit (#389143), is there a preference to go with the adjustable Koni? 2nd Question: On the submitted customer photos for Eiback, there's a photo of a Grey Cobra w/black racing stripes submitted by Enrique Diaz dated 08/01/12 (plate number H 12 3268). Who is the manufacturer of the rear spoiler on this Cobra? That's the style that I am looking for. Your help is appreciated.

    Tony

    • For your 1st question, if you want to talk to us about comparing and contrasting the similarities and differences for the setups, please call us or email us! http://www.americanmuscle.com/contact.html for your 2nd question, the manufacturer for the spoiler in question is Saleen, the spoiler is the Saleen S281 1-Piece Rear Spoiler (01-04 GT, V6, Cobra) item #390122 (www.americanmuscle.com/saleen-s281-1pc-rear-spoiler-0104.html).

      Good Springs

Perfect stance with these springs. I only used bottom factory Isolators all the way around and love the way it looks. I'm careful, but don't have a lot of issues scraping.

      Eibach pro springs!

The springs are amazing. It didn't give the slammed look but definitely gave it a more aggressive look. Handling is awesome and the ride couldn't be better. Recently took my bottom isolators out of front and rear to drop it a little more. Doing this generally gives it around 1/4 drop

      Eibach Pro Springs

Awesome product, easy to install and gives the car just the look I was after. The ride is so much better than stock with these springs installed and the car responds quicker to very little steering input. Thanks Eibach Engineers!

      Lowering_kit_on_IRS_suspension_Cobra

This kit goes on really easily and the springs fit nearly perfectly in the factory position on the front and rear. The front took a couple of hours not rushing the job. The rear on the IRS looks complicated, but a total of 6 bolts and a floor jack under the differential and the springs will literally fall out. Assistance on the reinstallation would be a plus, but if you carefully jack up the IRS assembly to just the right clearance the springs will stay in place and you can jack up the IRS to re align the bolts and in less than an hour the rear will be done. The ride is very solid and the lowered look is just about perfect. The ride is very nice for daily street driving and I cant wait to run it on the 3.7 mile course in Sebring for a track day for a real test. I added the D spec Tokico shocks and the Eibach anti roll bar kit too, a nice combination and I highly recommend it !

      Awesome looks and easy install

I bought the Eibach Pro-Kit and installed it tonight. Anyone who buys this kit needs to follow the instructions for installing the H&R race springs because it is spot on. I have a shop, but not a hoist, I used floor jacks just like the instructions said. It took exactly 2 hours and 11 minutes. That included re-installing the wheels and roughly 4 beers. Right after install I measured a drop of 3/4" in the front and 1 1/4" in the rear although it will likely settle some more. Anyone looking to lower their Cobra should consider these springs.

Great ride/ lower than I thought.

The install of the Eibach pro-kit was very straight forward, if you follow the instructions you will not have any issues at all. The car did drop more than I had thought, however, it is a spot on "stance" and looks great! If you have a vert watch the brace that sits lowest on your car, this is the lowest point and it is very low.

      Lowering Springs

The stance of my cobra looks a whole lot meaner and the ride is also comfortable. Highly recommend anyone who desires a nice clean look with a comfort feel when driving. The cobra seems to handle better too.
