How to install a Raxiom Switchback Turn Signal Conversion Kit w/ Resistors on your 2005-2012 Mustang

Step 1:
Remove headlights/turn signal from vehicle if
connectors are not easily accessible

Step 2:
Locate the parking light connector and remove
socket from light housing

Step 3:
Find the signal wire and the ground wire on
your vehicle.

87‐93:
Signal – White with Blue Stripe
Ground – Black

1999‐2004:
Signal – Green
Ground – Black

2005‐2009:
Signal – Gray with Black Stripe
Ground – Black wire

2010‐2014:
Signal – Blue with Green Stripe
Ground – Black with Yellow Stripe

Step 4:
Using the supplied splice in connectors, attach
one connector to the signal wire and one to the
ground.

Step 5:
Install the spade connectors onto the resistor
wires and plug into the splice‐in connectors you
attached in Step 4 (orientation not important).

Step 6:
Securely mount the resistor to the vehicle being
sure to avoid moving parts. The resistor can put
out a lot of heat, be sure to keep away from
other wiring.

Step 7:
Reinstall the headlights/turn signals into the
vehicle to complete the installation.
