Installation Instructions:

1. Safely raise vehicle using a jack and jack stands or a lift. For ease of installation, remove front two wheels (not required).

2. Remove 6 push pins securing inner fender liner to bumper and belly pan. If not removing wheels do this by turning the wheel completely in the direction opposite that you are working.

3. Underneath the vehicle, remove (17) 7mm bolts and 2 push pins securing the belly pan to the subframe.

4. Remove 3 push pins on each side of the factory chin spoiler.

5. Remove (8) 7mm screws securing factory chin spoiler to the bumper. Remove the chin spoiler completely from the bumper.

6. Install the provided J-clips onto all of the holes on the Roush chin spoiler, threads towards the front of the vehicle.

7. Pull the inner fender liner back and remove the (1) 10mm nut closest to you.

8. Install the new canard bracket and reinstall the 10mm nut.

9. Using your drill and 1⁄4” drill bit, drill a hole in the fender liner where the threads are for the new canard bracket to be able to thread the supplied bolt through the canard and fender liner. Repeat on both sides of vehicle.

10. Loosely install bolt into the new bracket holding the fender liner and canard in place. Repeat on both sides of vehicle.

11. Underneath the vehicle, install the 2 larger provided J-clips onto the mounting tabs that were previously push pins. The other two holes on the canards will line up with the fender liner.

12. Install 2 of the provided 8mm black bolts to hold the canards to the fender liner and bumper.

13. Install the new Roush chin spoiler by aligning the nipples on the spoiler and then securing it to the bumper with the provided 7mm silver screws.

14. From underneath of the vehicle, install the 2 provided 7mm self-tapping screws and drill one into the bottom of each canard to hold the chin spoiler and canards together.

15. Reinstall the belly pan using the factory 7mm screws and push pins. (Note: non-Performance Pack vehicles will not use all screws)

16. Make sure all bolts are fully tightened down in the fender liner.

17. Re-install wheels if removed and lower vehicle.

18. Enjoy your new Roush Chin Spoiler!
