      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 1/8” (3.2mm) thick 5052 aluminum, this assembly features a precision 3-piece design. The robust construction provides excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting reliability suited for demanding automotive conditions.

      Installation. Installation requires welding the assembly onto intercooler cores and is suitable for skilled fabricators. While some fabrication and welding ability are necessary, no complex drilling or modifications are required.
