How to install a Billet Short Antenna on your 2010-2012 Mustang

1. Remove the existing antenna from the base by unscrewing it counter clockwise.
2. Take an old towel and cut a small hole in the middle. Position this old towel over the base of the antenna to prevent any accidental scratching while removing the base.
3. Using the bezel tool, remove the securing nut holding the base to the car. I strongly suggest purchasing this tool; otherwise removing the base will be difficult and you risk damaging your paint even with the towel protecting it.
4. Once removed, install the rubber seal from the factory antenna base onto the new billet base and secure to your Mustang using the securing nut and tool. Do not over tighten.
5. Install the antenna by turning clockwise, making sure not to over tighten.

There you have it; an easy and inexpensive way to improve the look of your Mustang.
