Improved Braking. J&M Products Stainless Steel/Teflon-lined braided hoses provide better performance than the stock rubber hoses. These direct replacement D.O.T. certified rear hose assemblies provide much quicker braking response, firmer pedal feel, and better brake modulation than the original factory hoses.

Additional Safety. Stainless Steel Teflon Brake Hoses not only improve your braking performance, but they also provide additional safety over the factory rubber hoses that can fail or split under extended track use.

Better than OEM Quality. Every J&M hose is tested to 3000 psi to guarantee a leak free hose assembly. And best of all these hoses are made right here in the USA.

Application. These are not a universal fit hoses you get at your local parts store, this set of two hoses are designed to be a direct fit OEM replacement for the rear of the 1994 to 1995 GT and SVT Cobra Mustangs.

      Brake Lines to Count On

I wanted brake lines I knew would fit and be able to be trusted. I had the rear out of the car and focused on the brakes too. I know that I wont have any issues with these.

      Modifications necessary for some applications

These were going on a 1994 GT with a FRPP cobra conversion kit. I ran into an issue where, according to J&M, happens very infrequently. The stock brackets were different than the new brackets. This design change caused multiple issues. The hardline was not aligned anymore and the anti-moan brace was in the way. J&M suggest was to bend the hardline and delete the brace. I chose to re-use my stock bracket instead. They warned this would introduce an extra bend that would put strain on the line. I test fitted both solutions and the bend was no different. In the end, it is a good quality product and in theory should be a direct bolt on. In my application it was not. It also included new crush washers which was nice.

      J & M Stainless Steel Teflon Brake Lines/ Rear

I really notice that the brakes are there. I've gotten a lot of good responses and comments on how they look. I would recommend them to anyone...

      Brake Hose

Installed these with new 8.8" rear end and Cobra rear brakes. Only trouble was the brackets did not bolt nicely on the rear end, had to modify it a little for it to fit correctly.
