The Flowtech 1-7/8-Inch LS Turbo Headers feature 409 stainless steel construction with a natural finish, optimizing exhaust flow for GM LS engines and enhancing engine breathing and throttle response. Engineered specifically for turbocharged applications, these headers improve cylinder scavenging and boost overall engine performance in racing environments where emissions compliance is not required.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from heavy-duty 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing combined with select 304 stainless steel components, these headers utilize CNC mandrel-bent tubes to maintain consistent internal diameters for optimal exhaust flow. The natural finish offers a semi-gloss silver appearance that highlights the durable stainless steel while providing resistance to corrosion and heat damage.

      Installation. Requires moderate mechanical skill and may need some adaptation depending on the turbo setup. These headers do not require drilling for installation and include premium aluminum header gaskets and 3” V-band flanges and clamps for a secure, leak-free connection.
