Performance Handling. Are you looking to drop the stance your convertible GT Mustang for both aggressive good looks and road hugging performance? Then consider a set of Vogtland Sport Plus Lowering Springs. Featuring a progressive spring rate these Sport Plus Springs will lower your convertible's center of gravity, which will reduce squat under rapid acceleration, body roll in the corners and excessive nose-dive during hard braking. Vogtland Sport Plus Lowering Springs are perfect for street and track driver who likes to push their Mustang to the limit.

Lowered Muscle Car Stance. Not only does a set of Vogtland Sport Plus Springs improve the handling performance of your Mustang, but they also improve its overall appearance. By lowering the ride height approximately 1.4" in the front and rear, that huge tire to fender gap is eliminated, providing your Mustang with a classic muscular stance.

Superior Construction. Vogtland Lower Springs are made to strict standards in Germany. Using a cold coiling process these Springs are manufactured from special oil tempered, high tensile strength spring steels, including chromesilicon (CrSi) and chrome-silicon-vanadium (CrSiV) alloys. After being coiled, all springs are tempered, shot peened and preset to ensure consistent ride height and quality. In the last step of the manufacturing process the springs are phosphate and powder coated for superior long lasting corrosion resistance.

Clears Stock and Aftermarket Wheels & Tires. These lowering springs were engineered to be compatible with your stock size wheels and tires, as well as AmericanMuscle's pre-configured wheel and tire combo kits (specific to your generation), to assure proper clearance with no rubbing issues.

Application. This set of four Vogtland Sport Plus Lowering Springs are specifically designed for use on 2015-2019 convertible GT Mustang models equipped with independent rear suspension (IRS).

Technical Note. The Springs are not compatible on vehicles equipped with the MagneRide Suspension.

I'm running 275/35r20 all around my 2015 GT premium convertible I know the rear tires will clear but will the fronts rub with this set up? I do a lot of canyon driving (winding roads and such) looking for a lower stance will these work? :)

    • You may experience slight rubbing when turning at full lock when pairing the Vogtland Sport Plus Spring Kit with 275/35R20 tires. How bad this rubs will depend on your wheel offset.

Have a 17 GT convertible. Running a 255/40R19 in the front and 285/35R19 in the rear. Currently have a two finger gap between the tire and the fender wall. How do I confirm if these will still fit with the bigger tire in the rear?

    • The best way to ensure these Vogtland Sport Plus Spring Kit will work with your set-up would be to measure your clearances for a 1.4" drop in ride height with your wheel on the vehicle and ensuring the wheel will not rub in a particular area when it is lowered.

Hello I have a 2015 Mustang GT Convertible premium. I have been stiffening the suspension (K-Brace Race sway bars), now I want to install much stiffer (performance) springs and struts that absolutely do not lower the car at all. Please recommend a make of spring? Thank you BE - Van Canada

    • Unfortunately, we actually do not carry any performance springs that do not lower the car, however, it may be possible to source them locally or online through perhaps eibach or steeda directly to see if it may be possible to get a spring kit like that.

will these fit on the ecoboost mustang?

    • Hello! These Vogtland Sport Plus Lowering Spring Kit are specifically designed for the GT Convertible. While they may fit on an Ecoboost, each set of springs is designed specifically for each vehicle model with spring pressures and weight in mind. We do offer Vogtland lowering springs for the Ecoboost tho!

      Vogtland Sport

Love the drop! Ride is a little harsh on bad roads but most city/highway is no different than stock. I ended adding spacers with my PP wheels. Most places tell you 25 won't work because it will rub. Just don't go wider than 275s in the rear and you're fine
