    Description

    GT500 Styling. Upgrade the appearance of your 2020-2022 GT500 Mustang with an Anderson Composites Double Sided Carbon Fiber Type-OE Hood. This Type-OE Hood features the same great styling as your factory hood only it is made from a durable, light weight carbon fiber material.

    Real Carbon Fiber. This Anderson Composites Hood is hand crafted from a high quality 3K 2x2 weave carbon fiber fabric that is vacuum infused with UV resistant, marine-grade resin. A carbon fiber skeleton is bonded to the underside of the Hood to increase rigidity while reducing weight. This Hood is approximately 21 pounds lighter than stock.

    Bolt-On Installation. Utilizing your Mustang's original hood vent, latch, heat shield, hood pins and hinges, this Hood is a direct fit replacement for the factory hood. Anderson Composites suggest replacing your OE gas struts with a hood prop rod to prevent damage. Modifications to the OE windshield washer spray nozzles and lines may be required.

    Application. This Anderson Composites Type-OE Hood; Double Sided Carbon Fiber is designed to fit 2020-2022 GT500 Mustang models. Not compatible with EcoBoost or GT models.
