BBK Shorty Off-Road H-Pipe (15-17 V6 w/ Long Tube Headers)

Step 1: Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Step 2: With the BBK Full Length Headers installed, lift the BBK H-Pipe in place.

Step 3: Position the BBK H-Pipe collector flanges up to the headers, Connect the headers and H-Pipe utilizing the hardware supplied in the header kit. NOTE: just snug the bolts enough to hold the BBK H-Pipe into place.

Step 4: Lift the stock exhaust into place and line it up with the BBK H-Pipe, slide the barrel clamps forward enough to connect the stock exhaust to the BBK H-Pipe. NOTE: You will need to push the complete exhaust towards the front of the vehicle as far as possible to ensure that the barrel clamps have enough grip length to properly secure the exhaust pipes.

Step 5: With everything in place level out the exhaust and start tightening down all the hardware and clamps starting at the collectors and working your way towards the rear of the vehicle. Reconnect the battery and start the engine to check for exhaust leaks.

NOTE: Be sure to check and re-torque the exhaust clamps and hardware after 500 miles of driving.
