How to Install BBK Off-Road X-Pipe on your Mustang

Follow these instructions carefully to ensure correct fitment and operation.

STEP 1: After installing your new BBK full-length headers, you can now install the matching short H-Pipe/X-Pipe by simply bolting it in place of the old H-Pipe Assembly.*

STEP 2: Using the washers and nuts supplied with your full lengths stud kit, mount the front H-Pipe/X-Pipe flanges to the header collectors.

STEP 3: Using the supplied hardware, bolt up the BBK H-Pipe/X-Pipe.

NOTE!!! Be sure to add a small amount of anti-seize to the top thread of each oxygen sensor using the supplied anti-seize packet. As you thread the oxygen sensor back into the part the anti-seize will spread evenly throughout the threads.

STEP 4: Reconnect the factory air tube if installing catalyst equipped pipes.

*It may be necessary to use some WD-40 to aid in the hanger installation. Due to the metal to rubber slide mount these units can be sticky.
