      Driveshaft Containment Protection. The BMR Front Driveshaft Safety Loop; Black Hammertone is engineered to safeguard the underside of your vehicle by containing the driveshaft in the event of a failure. It is essential for drag racers looking to comply with NHRA safety regulations and offers peace of mind by preventing the driveshaft from penetrating the floor or interfering with the track surface.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 1/4-inch thick laser-cut and CNC-formed plate steel, this safety loop features a durable black hammertone powdercoat finish that ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance and a professional appearance designed to withstand the rigors of both street and race environments.

      Installation. Designed as a bolt-on component utilizing factory transmission crossmember OE mounting points, installation is straightforward with no drilling or modifications required, and the process typically takes about one hour.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2007-2014 Mustang Shelby GT500 and is not compatible with the JPC Transmission Crossmember.
