CDC Aggressive chin spoiler
Super not happy, minor modifications to bumper? no you have to hack the bumper up, real hard to do on a brand new bumper, dont like not having a bottom grill, it had sanding marks all of it, dont like not having a bottom grill, not worth it in my opinionHelpful (0)

Spoiler had a lot of manufacturing standing or grinding. Body shop had to do extra work to make it right. After finished looks great.Helpful (0)

Great looks! Easy install!
But it did come in missing the 7 screws I needed to actually bolt it to the fascia, which really wasn’t great but I made it work and I’m happy with how it turned out!Helpful (6)

When spoiler first arrived, it seemed as if someone had already taken a sander to it, leaving random rough spots on the spoiler. After sanding the spoiler and painting it my self, the spoiler looked great. With the fitment... it could have been better, it had to use clamps to get it to mold to the lower grill portion, and it barely fit around the bottom of the bumper. When people ask me about it, I tell them to order a different one.Helpful (6)
can u paint this spoiler ibought the mmd spoiler and all the shops say the plastic wouldnt be good to paint
This spoiler is able to be painted to match the color of your vehicle.
Does the chin spoiler come in a flat black? Where you could affectively install it right out of the box?
It is flat black, but there are some sanding marks that would look bad if you install it with no paint whatsoever.
can I get this chin spoiler for a v6 The GT CDC aggressive chin is tough looking. Do they have the same style for my 6?
Unfortunately, the CDC Aggressive Chin Spoiler - Unpainted (05-09 GT) will only fit the GT models. For you V6 model I would recommend the CDC Chin Spoiler - Unpainted (05-09 V6) Item #11033-00 (http://www.americanmuscle.com/cdc-2005-v6-chin-spoiler.html).
Can I install the lower grill with this spoiler?
This item would delete the lower grille.
I was wondering if this chin spoiler would fit the boy racer front bumper kit?
Unfortunately, we do not stock any chin spoilers we can guarantee will be a good fit for your Boy Racer body kit. We would recommend contacting Boy Racer to confirm any fitment between their products and other manufactures. Feel free to give us a call or send an email if you have any further questions about chin spoilers and your body kit.
The chin spoiler would not be compatible with the front bumper kit.
Unfortunately, this chin spoiler was designed to be used with the GT factory fascia and will not work with the California Special GT front bumper.
The CDC Aggressive Chin Spoiler will eliminate quite a bit of your ground clearance, especially if the car is lowered at all. I would highly recommend caution when approaching large speed bumps.
Unfortunately we do not have the spec on how tall this chin spoiler is, however the ground clearance measured from the ground to lowest point of the chin spoiler, on a stock-height vehicle, is approximately 5.75 inches. So with this, just subtract the amount you lowered your Mustang from that number and that's what kind of room you will be working with!
The CDC Aggressive Chin Spoiler - Unpainted (05-09 GT) will work perfectly with the CDC Splitter Upgrade (05-09 GT), item # 11093, (http://www.americanmuscle.com/cdc-chinspoiler-splitter-0509gt.html). This is the splitter upgrade that attaches to the bottom of the CDC Chin Spoiler.
We cannot guarantee fitment of the CDC Aggressive Chin Spoiler - Unpainted (05-09 GT) on the Steeda Competition Front Fascia. This Chin Spoiler is designed to work on Factory Bumpers, which does not include the V6, California Special, or Shelby Mustangs.
Not specifically designed for this spoiler no. The spoiler is designed to direct air up into the inter cooler/radiator area. You have to modify (remove part of the factory fascia) that holds a factory and aftermarket lower grille in place. That being said though a lower aftermarket grille can still be inserted with this spoiler. You would have to modify the spoiler to fit in and around the supports of the fascia needed to install a over lay grille. If you look in the "customer photos" section there are some photos of grilles installed with this spoiler.
No unfortunately, this chin spoiler will not fit the GT/CS (California Special) or Shelby Mustangs.
no it doesnt but they do make roush chin spoilers for the body kit
