      Description

      Menacing, Supercharged Appearance. Larger supercharger setups and taller engines are no match for your Mustang’s GT500’s factory hood. You need a hood that can accommodate larger systems like the 3.4 and 4.0 Whipple systems. Cervini’s 2.5-inch Cowl Induction Hood gives you the additional space you need while giving your Mustang a new menacing appearance that will be turning heads wherever you go.

      Cooler is Always Better. Supercharged engines can heat up pretty fast. This hood’s two rear vent cutouts help extract the heat out from underneath it to keep your GT500 running cooler.

      Premium Fiberglass Construction. Cervini’s constructs their Cowl Induction Hood from premium fiberglass that is hand-laid to exact specifications. The underside provides extra support to the hood, comes fully finished and can be painted for a custom look if desired.

      Installation Recommendation. Because this hood comes unpainted, its surface will need to be prepped and primed before painting. Even though no trimming or modifications are needed, this hood must be pre-fit before painting. It is recommended that you have a professional do the painting and installation of this hood. Once painted, the hood simply bolts on using your factory hinges and latching system.

      90-Day Warranty. Cervini’s covers their 2.5” Cowl Hood with their 90-day limited warranty that covers any defects in workmanship or materials under normal conditions.
