Description
Improved Suspension Performance. The CorteX Monoball Spherical Bearing Kit enhances rear suspension precision by eliminating deflection and bind caused by soft factory bushings. This rear control arm bearing kit allows components to pivot smoothly, maintaining consistent alignment under load for improved handling and driver confidence on both street and track.
Construction and Durability. This kit features American-made stainless steel ball bearings and corrosion-resistant red anodized stainless steel cages for long-lasting performance. The Teflon-lined race reduces friction, while high-quality stainless steel spacers and hardware provide added resistance to wear and corrosion.
Installation. Installation involves press-fit removal and replacement of factory bushings on the rear control arms. This process requires appropriate tools, as bushing removal can be labor-intensive. The kit is designed for press-on/press-off installation without the need for drilling or modifications.
Application and Fitment. This kit fits 2015 through 2023 Mustang models equipped with rear control arms designed to accept monoball spherical bearings. Note that fitment does not extend to 2024–2026 Mustang models due to generation changes and differing control arm designs.
