Hey, everybody, I'm Justin with americanmuscle.com, here with a way to help protect the paint and keep that new Mustang clean thanks to Covercraft's Deluxe Custom-Fit Car Cover, featuring the 50th anniversary logo, available for your 2015 Mustang Coupe. Covercraft has been making quality automotive covers and more for over 50 years now, and because of that, has become widely known as one of the best options out there for keeping your paint clean, thanks largely in part to covers like the Deluxe Custom-Fit.So the Deluxe Custom-Fit is going to be the premium option from Covercraft available here at AM. They do have a slightly more affordable cover on the site as well, known as the Ready-Fit. So why is this the premium cover? Well, for starters, it's all in the fit. The Custom-Fit covers have all been laser-measured to fit the contours of your new Mustang perfectly, and as you can see with the MMD V-Series car here in the shop, really does fit like a glove.Another reason why this is a premium cover is the fabric. Now, the Deluxe Custom-Fit Cover does utilize the Block-It 380 fabric, which is a unique triple-layer fabric that we'll talk a little bit more about in a second, but it does make it the ideal cover for both indoor and outdoor applications. Now, I can speak to this firsthand. At home, I have a relatively small one-car garage where my 1927 Ford sits for the most of the time. Unfortunately my Mustang has to sleep outside when not in use. However, I do keep it covered with the Deluxe Custom-Fit cover from Covercraft. And it does keep it safe from the elements and helps keep it clean so that every time I want to go out for a cruise, I don't have to wash the car.So why does this cover work so well outdoors? Well, again, it does come back to that Block-It 380 fabric I just talked about. This thing does feature three individual layers of fabric sandwiched together to form the ultimate barrier against the elements -- snow, rain, dirt -- you name it; this thing is gonna protect it from it. But at the same time, it's gonna allow any moisture or water vapor to escape as to not damage your car's clear coat. Finally the bottom layer, the one that sits against your car here, super soft, so it won't scratch your car's clear coat.Rounding out some of the smaller details with the cover, you will notice that Covercraft has sewn in elastic portions to both the front and rear of the cover, helping it stay secure while in place, along with these side grommets here on the lower portion, which allows you to tie this thing down if you like. Now, the cover is washable, but Covercraft does recommend using a commercial-style washer, just as this thing is pretty bulky. Last but not least, they have included the 50-year anniversary badge up front there, which is definitely a nice little touch.Installation of the cover is pretty straightforward, as you might expect. So because of this, we'll give it one wrench out of three on the difficulty meter, and that's being pretty generous. However, there is a little trick to get this thing installed easier for your first time. You want to start with the cover rolled up on the roof here. Roll the front and back down first, but don't secure them.
