    Cooler Charge For More Power. Superchargers are great for making power, but they are also known to create excessive heat that can cause detonation. But by upgrading your Supercharged Shelby GT500 to a C&R Racing Dual Pass Heat Exchanger with Dual Electric Fans you can effectively lower intake charge temperatures, eliminating detonation and increasing horsepower. The C&R Racing Heat Exchanger will decrease inlet temperatures by up to 50 degrees when compared to the stock heat exchanger.

    Made In The USA. C&R Racing heat exchangers are built right here in the USA by highly skilled fabricators using the latest in manufacturing techniques. All C&R heat exchangers are TIG welded by hand with CNC billet machined fittings (to ensure consistent sizing to SAE specifications) and feature furnace brazed cores (without epoxy) to produce a light weight exchanger that is extremely strong, highly efficient, and leak proof.

    Kit Includes. The Shelby GT500 C&R Racing Heat Exchanger kit comes complete and includes an all aluminum  Double Pass Heat Exchanger, two electric fans with the required wiring harness and relay needed for installation.

    Application. This C&R Racing Dual Pass Heat Exchanger with Dual Fans is designed to be a direct fit replacement upgrade for the 2007 to 2014 Shelby GT500 Mustangs equipped with the Supercharged DOHC V8 engine.

            Dropped right in.

            working great using it in a 71 restmod. Extremely simple to install and hook up the wiring. The only thing that it doesn't come with is the temperature sensor.

            Proven Performer

            If you are struggling to keep IAT2's down this will most likely solve that problem. The CandR H/E is very well built, uniform welds and proper equipment for installation is provided. The instructions leave a little work for you if you have a 2011 . Thankfully there are many online resources to complete the Job. Fit was very good, if you have 2010 you will have to trim the plastic shroud a little bit. This install took me 5 hours at a relaxed pace. The fans wiring diagram made the electronic side of the installation a breeze. There was an immediate difference in performance after warm up when the car would heat soak and high IAT's would cause timing to be pulled before. Now it maintains a much lower intake temp even in Texas heat. An added benefit not expected was a colder A/C when stopped. Due to the fans blowing air directly on the A/C condenser.
