High Quality Replacement. Upgrade your stock plastic Power Steering Reservoir Tank in your 2005-2010 S197 Mustang to an Aluminum Reservoir by C&R Racing. This replacement tank will be much stronger, more reliable and will add some great modern styling to your Mustang's engine compartment.

Durable Construction. Manufactured from high strength lightweight aluminum, this C&R Racing Power Steering Tank is much more durable than the OEM tank and features the necessary mounting bracket and fittings to ensure a perfect fit. The bare aluminum finish will add some classic to an otherwise boring engine bay.

    1 Top Rated Question

What is the diameter of this tank? The reason I ask is that I run an E-Force on my 2009 and the alternator is relocated and turned around backwards. My Moroso PS tank sits crooked because of that and doesn't match the circular cut-out in the Radiator cover either. If this will clear my alternator, I would definitely buy this. Thanks.

    • The diameter of the tank is about 3 1/2in, however if you include the lower hose line connection, that is an additional inch. The height of the tank is about 3in - if you factor in the spout for the cap, then it is about 4 1/4in.

      Looks Great

Excellent item it is just what I wanted. It uses the original style cap, so I was able to use the aftermarket chromed cap that fit the original reservoir. Good weld and very solidly built. Very pleased with the product.

      Professional look under the hood.

The CandR Racing Aluminum Power Steering Reservoir looks very clean and very professional under your hood. And I like that it uses the original reservoir cap. Worth the money for sure.

Review from C&R Racing Aluminum Power Steering Reservoir - Black (05-10 GT, GT500)

      looks better than factory

purchased this for a GT500, it looks 1000 better than the factory white reservoir. The welds on the tank are nicely done and it matches the CandR Coolant tanks perfectly.
