Once installed will both sets of fog lights work?

        • If they are wired to some sort of power I don't see why not.

Replacing the bulbs with HIDs to match Raxiom Headlights for V6? I wanted to replace the yellowish-orange color of the Lower Fascial bulbs with a brighter white HID bulb, and was wondering if this is doable to match the Smoked Raxiom Headlights for a V6? What exact bulbs would be necessary for the replacement? Much appreciated :)

        • I have these on both of my Coyote's and ended up going to an HID kit like you are asking about. I went with a quality kit that has 35 watt bulbs and a 6000K light signature, which is bright white, anything higher is blueish in color. If you go higher than 35 watts then you risk melting your head lights or worse. I also bought the Raxiom Halo fog lights to match and due to the size I bought LED bulbs to match the headlights because they don't put off as much heat. A H11 Sylvania bulb is the bulb number you want if you dont buy HID's or LED's but want brighter lights over what comes with the Raxiom's which don't due it for me.

Will the fog Lights work with the V6 I have a V6 with the GT bumper so I was wondering if these fog lights would fit on the same way. Also, do I need to get any extra pieces?

        • If you have a GT bumper cover installed then this piece will fit right on. They come with 2 wire harnesses to plug the lights into the factory fog light plugs but if you want to keep the fogs they can be spliced in and work fine. The lights on this part are more like accent lights not good for use as fogs because they arent to bright. If you want to get rid of the yellow colored lights a Sylvania H11 bulb will fit your headlights and fogs. I used a 35watt HID kit with 6000K light signature which is bright white and got LED bulbs for the stock fogs because they produce less heat.

2 questions.. Will both sets of fog lights work? or will there be wire splicing required for this to happen? also are the bulbs of these new easily replaceable or are they an enclosed housing like the newer v6 models?

        • ThisFord BOSS/CS Style Lower Front Fascia w/ Foglight kit is a Lower Front Fascia and 2 fog lights. It has about one foot of wire coming out the back of the light to tie into your factory wire harness or you can wire it directly to a switch with additional wiring. The bulbs in the fog lights are replaceable.

I need to replace my stock 2012 Boss 302 lower front fascia and was wondering how I would hook up the fog lights since the 2012 Boss 302 did not come with them from the factory?

        • The fog lights in this front fascia will take power from your upper lights in the grille and they will no longer be functional. There are a few options to consider. You can either change the upper grille, install a fog light delete (https://www.americanmuscle.com/mmd-foglight-deletes-1012.html) or purchase the lower front fascia that doesn't have the fog lights (https://www.americanmuscle.com/cs-boss-lower-fascia-gt.html). Some people have wired them into the stock lights but there is a risk of melting the wiring.

Hi there, What i would like to know is you would provide only the fog lights with this set or the complete kit which would include the wiring harness and the oem style pull switch? Thank you 1 answer
the video for this item appears to show that it can be installed without taking of the entire front bumper/grill. the customer supplied installation instructions show that you do remove it. my question: can this item be installed by just removing the bottom fascia and not the entire bumper/grill? thanks. 1 answer
is there a way to change the bulbs without taking off the front cover? 1 answer
Hello! Would I be able to take my 2011 v6 to a body shop and get this installed with no issue ? Or would o have to get a by front number as well? Thank you- adam 1 answer
I just bought a 2011 GT/CS and the driver side of the fascia is cracked and the fog light is out. I just wanted to make sure that this will indeed work for the CS as all the comments I have seen reference adding this part to GT and not the CS. I know this sounds dumb but my understanding is the grilles for the GT are not interchangeable with the CS so i just want to make sure. Thanks, 1 answer
Are those fog light bulbs can be replaced with LED? THANKS. NONONG 1 answer
I have the optional factory hid headlights which are "whiter" than the bulbs that came with this kit. The lights, by comparison, look a little yellow. Anyone change bulbs to match the HID headlights? What did you use? 1 answer

            Front Fascia

Looks fantastic and was very easy to install! I do recommend getting the front splitter to go along with it to really complete the look. (Personal opinion): I feel like the fog lights are more functional closer to the ground.

            5 2012 GT - GrantT

            Great kit!

This is a fairly easy install. I was able to do it with the front of the car on jack stands and without taking the whole bumper off like the directions say. I do recommend taking the front tires off because it would have been much easier if I did especially when inside the fenderwell for mounting this fascia. I chose to keep the stock fog lights also by buying a h11 daytime running light kit off eBay which come prewired with a relay, fused wire to the battery, ground wire, which I attached to the frame and an acc wire which I just tied in to my stock fog lights to give the signal to the relay to turn on the boss 302 fog lights also. I had to use the wires that came with this kit for the h10 plus to h11 plug conversion also just to add extra length to work. I did have to cut off the h10 plug end which came with the boss 302 kit so I could wire it to the eBay kits end.

            4 2012 V6 - KahlilV Installation Time: Weekend

Install not so fun, but looks great!

So I have a 2012 V6, and after wrecking my bumper do to a good looking women in busy LA traffic I decided it was an excuse not to go back to stock. So ordered up a GT grille, bumper cover, wire harness, and this fascia. Everything went on pretty smooth except this piece. No matter the angle, me and my pops could not get it on/in as easy as some of the videos we seen. Lined it up and everything. Maybe a fault somewhere in out particular one, or on us. But I don't care because once we got it on, it looks beautiful. First time I tested, the lights didn't work, but kicked in on a second try. Can't wait to switch the bulbs to brighter and better looking set. All in all for the moment pretty satisfied with my purchase.
