More Fuel For More Power. The correct air/fuel ratio is crucial to making and maintaining big power. A power adder like a turbocharger or supercharger is designed to force more air into your engine. Because of this additional air you will need to add more fuel to prevent a lean condition. DeatschWerks DV2 42 lb Fuel Injectors were engineered for those specific applications where the stock size injectors are to small to maintain the ideal air/fuel ratio.

High Performance. DeatschWerks DV2 Fuel Injectors feature an excellent spray pattern for optimal atomization which allows the fuel to burn completely, releasing all of its energy. Featuring an EV14 style body with a USCAR electrical connector these Injectors flow a whopping 42 lb/hr (440 cc/min), making them ideal for high performance applications.

E85 Compatible. E85 is a blend of gasoline and ethanol, in any ratio up to 85 percent ethanol. E85 is inexpensive and great for making more power, but the ethanol (alcohol) content acts as a drying agent and can easily eat away at rubber components of a fuel injector. It is specifically for this reason that DeatschWerks engineered their DV2 Fuel Injectors to be compatible with E85 fuels to avoid any potential issues.

Application. These DeatschWerks EV14 DV2 42lb Fuel Injectors are intended for use on the 2005-2017 GT, Bullitt and BOSS Mustangs. Sold as a set of 8 Fuel Injectors.

Ask a Question

Will these work with a full bolt on '15 GT with cams? Or will a higher poundage be needed?

JohnS

  • This 42lb injector will be a sufficient amount of fuel flow for a 2015 GT with full bolt ons and camshaft upgrades.

One last question. I'm about to do a cam upgrade on the full bolt '15 GT - will these injectors then still be okay? Or will a higher flow be necessary?

JohnS

  • 42lb injectors would work for your current setup depending on what mods you already have on the car, however, the 42lb injectors will be a good injector and handle a good amount of flow for a full bolt on car with cams.

Will these injectors work with an N/A full bolt on '15 GT? I am trying to gauge how many pounds I should go with before it becoming irrelevant since it's not a forced induction set up. Kindly advise.

JohnS

  • These 42lb injectors will work just fine with a full bolt on set up! As long as you re-tune your car for the bigger injectors you will not ave any issues.

after installing this part what else needs to happen to use e-85 fuel

DanielC

  • In order to run E85 you will require a tune. We highly recommend discussing your specific setup with your tuner to ensure that the DeatschWerks EV14 DV2 Fuel Injector will work with your build and supply enough fuel for E85 use, and to ensure no other parts are required.

    Surprised me.
