More Fuel For More Power. The correct air/fuel ratio is crucial to making and maintaining big power. A power adder like a turbocharger or supercharger is designed to force more air into your engine. Because of this additional air you will need to add more fuel to prevent a lean condition. DeatschWerks DV2 42 lb Fuel Injectors were engineered for those specific applications where the stock size injectors are too small to maintain the ideal air/fuel ratio.

High Performance. DeatschWerks DV2 Fuel Injectors feature an excellent spray pattern for optimal atomization which allows the fuel to burn completely, releasing all of its energy. Featuring an EV14 style body with a USCAR electrical connector these Injectors flow a whopping 42 lb/hr (440 cc/min), making them ideal for high performance applications.

E85 Compatible. E85 is a blend of gasoline and ethanol, in any ratio up to 85 percent ethanol. E85 is inexpensive and great for making more power, but the ethanol (alcohol) content acts as a drying agent and can easily eat away at rubber components of a fuel injector. It is specifically for this reason that DeatschWerks engineered their DV2 Fuel Injectors to be compatible with E85 fuels to avoid any potential issues.

Calibration Required. Installation of this DeatschWerks Fuel Injectors will require the use of a Handheld Tuner to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) for operation. By reprogramming your Mustangs ECU, you will be able to realize the full power potential that these Injectors have to offer.

Not CARB Certified. These Fuel Injectors are not CARB certified at this time, therefore they are not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards. Not legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles; intended for off road use only.

3 Year Limited Warranty. To ensure the highest quality of their materials and craftsmanship, DeatschWerks backs their products with a 3 Year Limited Warranty from the date of retail purchase, to the original purchaser. Some exclusions may apply, please see manufacturer's warranty for complete details.

Application. These DeatschWerks EV14 DV2 42lb Fuel Injectors are intended for use on the 2005-2017 GT, Bullitt and BOSS Mustang models. Sold as a set of 8 Fuel Injectors.

1 2006 GT - juanloco Installation Time: Less than 1 Hour

No tune support from BAMA on 05-09 GT

They're listed as compatible with 05-17. They're even come up when I filter by my specific year, but BAMA refuses to incorporate them into a tune. I already bought tunes for life from BAMA, so it seems counterproductive to order a tune from elsewhere. So they sit on a shelf in the garage. I'll probably sell them. I'm sure they would be nice though.

        Injector Characteristics Data

Giving 4 Star's For DW not giving proper information to AM/BAMA. Deatschwerk's Characteristics Data For these injectors are listed under the 04-11 GT on their website. But they are compatible with the 15-17 year ranges.

        5 2013 GT - DonJuan

        Surprised me.

I normally wouldn't have personally included this into my must have upgrades but a friend recommended it and I was surprised to feel the response difference. It felt like it bridged the gap that the stock fuel injector couldn't supply. I would recommend it.

      5 Top Rated Questions

after installing this part what else needs to happen to use e-85 fuel

      • In order to run E85 you will require a tune. We highly recommend discussing your specific setup with your tuner to ensure that the DeatschWerks EV14 DV2 Fuel Injector will work with your build and supply enough fuel for E85 use, and to ensure no other parts are required.

Will I need to upgrade my fuel injectors after adding a c l street cold air intake, mass air flow sensor and bbk 85mm throttle body? Bumping me from 420 stock horsepower to 550 horsepower. Or will my stock fuel injectors handle the added power? in addition to those mods I have pypes off road h pipe and sct bama performance 93 tune. 57hp - CAI 18hp - MAFS 15hp - TB 31hp - tune 9hp - ORHP = 130 420 = 550 Horsepower.

      • Your factory injectors will be just fine with your setup.

2011 GT with Boss 302 intake manifold, cold air intake, long tube headers, catless xpipe and Bama tune. Stock injectors, I read, are 32.8 lbs/hr. Will these work or are they too much? (With a new tune to support them of course) Will stock oem still be sufficient? Wanting to replace old ones. Suggested replacements???

      • Short of heavy modification, forced induction or Nitrous, it is best to stick to the factory injectors. The 2011 GT is equipped with 34lb/hr injectors. These can support up to 462 HP on an N/A application. These can work for your application, however, I would suggest running this by Bama as well, they will indeed require tuning to work correctly.

So reading the description of this product it states a “Tune” is required. Does the tuning file come with this product or do we contact VMP or LUND for a data file to properly run these injectors? Thank you..

      • A tune will not be included with this product. We recommend before any injector purchase, that you ask the tune writer directly if they are able to write for the brand of injector you're looking at. Not all tuning shops or companies can write for each brand.

So I have a 2007 mustang with a tune, CIA, upgraded oil pump, rebuild motor, Ford racing cams. BBK shorties, aftermarket pulley. my current stock injectors happened to put up check engine light would a 42 lb injector be a good for my car.

      • The DeatschWerks EV14 DV2 Fuel Injector - 42 Lb would work with your car with a new tune just fine yes. You will also need to get the injector adapters to run the EV14 injectors on your car.

Will these work with a full bolt on '15 GT with cams? Or will a higher poundage be needed? 1 answer
One last question. I'm about to do a cam upgrade on the full bolt '15 GT - will these injectors then still be okay? Or will a higher flow be necessary? 1 answer
Will these injectors work with an N/A full bolt on '15 GT? I am trying to gauge how many pounds I should go with before it becoming irrelevant since it's not a forced induction set up. Kindly advise. 1 answer
