      Description

      Advanced Suspension Upgrade. The Detroit Speed Short Long Arm Conversion System; Single Adjustable is designed to completely transform the front suspension of a Fox Body Mustang, replacing the outdated factory components with a modern double wishbone setup. This enhances vehicle handling dynamics by improving camber gain and roll center height, delivering sharper and more stable cornering capabilities. Ideal for both street and track use, this system offers drivers precise control and increased front-end stability.

      Construction and Appearance. This conversion system features lightweight forged aluminum uprights and tubular upper and lower control arms, engineered to reduce deflection and increase durability. The coilovers are crafted from aluminum with Detroit Speed/JRi valving, offering an adjustable single rebound setting. All components are manufactured in the USA with a focus on quality and precision fitment, finished with a durable protective coating suited for performance applications.

      Installation. Installation requires a moderate level of fabrication, including drilling and modification of compatible K-members. It is optimized for use with factory or aftermarket 1987–1993 V8 K-members and must be integrated with S550 Mustang brake components for proper fitment.

      Warranty. This product is backed by a two-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Application. Specifically engineered to fit 1979–1993 Ford Mustang models, delivering a substantial suspension performance upgrade with the noted installation considerations.
