      Completes the look!!!

Love the look and finish of this product! Genuine Ford OEM parts that fit perfect. Completes the overall all look and the installation is a breeze! The only complaint I would have is that it does not come with any mounting hardware what so ever. I had to go purchase the hardware so if you're like I am, spend the extra cash and get stainless steel. Here is what you will need to buy: 20 - 1/4 x 3/4 bolts 20 - 1/4 lock washers 40 - 1/4 x 1/2 washers This will ensure you have enough to secure the spoiler utilizing every hole provided. Trust me, I was 5 short when I installed it and had to go back to the hardware store for 5 more sets. Other than that it was simple to install giving you two options: Flush with the front of the wheel openings (which will leave the leading edge of the spoiler recessed back about an 1/8 of an inch or so and is the way Ford installed them on the Mach 1s) or, flush with the front of the lower lip on the stock bumper (which will leave you with a gap by the wheel opening). Its really personal preference on how you want it but my fiance' (this is her Mustang BTW) wanted it as Ford installed on the Mach 1. Take your time, measure, and mark your bolt hole locations carefully. Once you drill into your bumper, you are committed and there is no turning back. If you take your time measuring you will get a great looking installation. It does help if you have a lift and another set of hands to hold it up while you measure and mark the bolt hole locations. Overall, this thing looks great, isn't low enough to cause interference with parking blocks or curbs. Completes the look that Ford should have done from the factory. Absolutely love it and so does my Fiance'!

      2004 Mach1 MCA Modified "Gold"

This was a replacement for the original which was 15 years old on a MCA judged mustang. Alignment was perfect and included Ford stamping number for verification. Did not even have to leave in sunshine to become pliable for install. 15 minutes to put on without jacks. New push pins are required (O'Reilly), since new hardware is NOT included, yet required for long term replacement. Higher cost versus multiple sources on ebay, but the FOMOCO stamping number worth the investment and looks better!! There is a noticeable difference!!

      Looks great!

I bought the replica version a few years ago and was never happy with it. Had a glossy finish with an unsightly dent on the front center out of the box. This part looks way better with a nice matte finish, but it is a little pricey. The edges line up perfectly at the wheel wells. It came with the press in style hardware, so I bought some nuts and bolts to mount it more securely. I should have bought this one in the first place. Looks like it came installed from the factory.

      Perfect fit

This fits perfect. In my opinion its so much better than the cheaper one that arrives rolled up in a box. This one comes exactly as it should. Just line up the fender well edges FIRST, this will ensure that it looks as though it came from the factory already installed.

Ford Mach 1 chin spoiler is worth every cent!

I've owned 3 Ford Mustangs over the last 17 years. I've always been hesitant to add a chin spoiler. Didn't think it would look that good, was afraid I'd be scrapping or bumping into things. I was wrong. As soon as I finished attaching it to my bumper I was amazed how good it looked. The finish is great, the fit is perfect. I have plenty of clearance and haven't bumped it on anything. The front bumpers on these 99-04 Mustangs are unfinished/incomplete without the Ford Mach 1 Chin spoiler. I have the AM grill delete with the black pony and saleen matte wheels. They complement each other very well. Install took 30-40 minutes.

      Looks Great!

My Mach One was missing the chin spoiler and I bought this one. It looks great and was easy to install. The price is high but it looks just like the OEM chin spoiler

      awesome product

The quality of the chin spoiler itself was beautiful. Much more stable and overall made better than it's cheaper counterpart. The only issue I had was my installation hardware wasn't included "lost during shipping or delivery" however I contacted American muscle and they corrected the problem quickly. Very pleased, it's no cheap knock off. It is in fact the OEM chin spoilers that come on the machs.

Ford Mach 1 Chin spoiler vs. Mach 1 chin spoiler

When I ordered the chin spoiler, I did not know there were two different kinds and I was sent this one instead of the shinier one. Its a great product, I just didn't care for the dull finish. I addressed this to AM and they were glad to make the correction. This spoiler really put a new look to my 04 Mustang GT especially when the vehicle is lowered. Can't wait to install the new spoiler. Thanks AM!

Have bought this several times from AM and...

I keep buying this from AM dating back to 2005...probably 3-4 times now and I've paid $50-$70. Now its $210??? Hoping that's an incorrect price... Anyways the spoilers have always fit good and the hardware that comes with it are better than the plastic rivets that used to come with it. Easily takes under 1 hr and it looks killer. Use Meguiars Back to Black to keep it nice and shiny and black.
