Efficient Exhaust Flow for More Torque and Horsepower Gains. The Ford Performance by Borla Touring Cat-Back Exhaust makes your car’s exhaust system more efficient thanks to its straight-through design. Through mandrel bending, the Ford Performance exhaust has fewer and smoother bends. This lets exhaust out immediately, reducing back-pressure build-up that greatly reduces your torque and horsepower. Reduced back-pressure build-up leads to better torque and horsepower gains for your engine.
Mandrel-Bent Premium Stainless Steel Construction. The Ford Performance by Borla Touring Cat-Back Exhaust is made from premium T-304 stainless steel, which is used commonly for commercial construction and aviation. The steel tubing is mandrel-bent in order to produce smoother bends and uniform diameter all throughout. Its polished stainless finish helps preserve the metal for a long time, as it prevents rusting and corrosion. Also included in the kit are black chrome exhaust tips, which improve your Mustang's look, even on the rear.
