Engineered to deliver 460 horsepower with 420 feet per pounds of torque, this engine ensures a 12.0:1 compression ratio for miles and miles of uninterrupted, dependable service.
Quality Design. Featuring a tuned composite intake manifold, this stellar design provides efficient air delivery and weight savings. In addition, the high flow aluminum cylinder heads and dual overhead camshaft (DOHC) are supported by 4 valves per cylinder for a precision variable intake and exhaust camshaft timing.
Superior Construction. Crafted from a forged steel crankshaft aluminum, this block with plasma transferred wire arch spray weld liner coating features sintered steel connecting rods and hypereutectic aluminum pistons. From a 10 Quart capacity oil pan to the longer, 12mm head bolts for higher clamp load, this engine is built to go the distance.
Installation. Due to the level of expertise required, the manufacturer suggests a professional complete this installation. The install time is estimated at 10 hours or less and common garage tools and a lift are required for successful completion. This product includes an automatic transmission harness and flex Plate for a long-lasting performance.
Warranty. The manufacturer stands behind this product with a 1-year limited warranty. Any defective manufacturing found in the materials or workmanship will be covered in full.

Tech Note: Engine harness and flex plate are engineered to fit engines with manual transmission and dual-mass flywheel. (see M-6007-M50C ) Does not include alternator, for alternator kit see M-8600-M50BALT or M-8600-M50ALTA. Also not included are the 5.0L Coyote Air Conditioning kit, (M-8600-M50AC ), 5.0L Mustang motor mount kit (M-6038-M50) or 5.0L Mustang engine cover kit (M-9680-M50B). Photos and specs may vary.
