Unmatched Quality. The Ford Performance Gen 3 5.0L Coyote 460HP Crate Engine with Manual Transmission Engine Harness is designed to be a perfect swap for your blown or ruined engine. Engineered to deliver 460 horsepower @ 7,000 RPM with 420 feet per pound of torque @ 4,600 RPM, this stellar design provides a 12.0:1 compression ratio for durable performance.
Superior Design. Four high flow aluminum heads make up the dual overhead camshaft that delivers perfect intake and exhaust timing. In addition, the tuned composite intake provides efficient air delivery and weight savings.
Quality Construction. Featuring an aluminum block construction with plasma transferred wire arc spray weld liner coating, this product comes with a forged steel crankshaft and sintered steel connecting rods. In addition, an 80mm single bore “drive by wire,” electronic throttle body with variable runner control and a 10 Quart capacity oil pan ensure this engine is ready to roll.
Installation. The manufacturer suggests a professional mechanic complete this install due to the level of knowledge and skill required. Featuring engine mount bosses and bell housing mount patterns common to 4.6L modular engines, this product is engineered for precision installation. A lift and common garage tools are required and the installation time is estimated at 10 hours.
Warranty. Any defect found in the craftsmanship or materials due to faulty manufacturing will be covered in full with a 1-year limited warranty.
Application. The Ford Performance Gen 3 5.0L Coyote 460HP Crate Engine with Manual Transmission Engine Harness is built to accommodate all Ford Mustang models.
Tech Note: Includes Manual Transmission Engine Harness and Dual Mass Flywheel for engine with Automatic Transmission Engine Harness and Flex Plate (M-6007-M50CAUTO). Mustang GT 409 stainless steel tubular exhaust manifold on the RIGHT SIDE ONLY. Vehicle harness and PCM not included. Use Ford Performance M-6017-M50B Control Pack which includes wiring, PCM and installation kit, designed for project car installation. Does not include alternator, for alternator kit see M-8600-M50BALT or M-8600-M50ALTA. 5.0L Coyote air conditioning kit available, see M-8600-M50AC. 5.0L Mustang motor mount kit available, see M-6038-M50. 5.0L Mustang engine cover kit available, see M-9680-M50B.
