How much will shipping Cost? Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, items you've selected and all applicable duties and taxes. You will be able to see your shipping costs in the i-parcel checkout process, prior to submitting your order.

Are there any Additional Costs upon delivery of my Order? No, all costs are calculated at checkout.

When is my Credit Card Billed? When is my Credit Card Billed? Authorization occurs when your order is placed, payment collection occurs when your order is scanned at i-parcel’s facility in the US.

Can I make changes to my Order after it is placed?  At this time, you may not make any changes or modifications to your order once it has been placed. Additionally, you may not cancel your order once it is placed.

Can my international order be shipped to a PO Box?  Countries That Support PO Box Service:

  • Australia
  • Israel
  • New Zealand
  • Saudi Arabia
  • United Arab Emirates

I-Parcel Select must be chosen as the shipping method when shipping to a PO Box. Please provide a physical address for any other countries not listed above. Failure to provide a physical address may result in shipment delays, misdelivered or lost packages.

Can my international order be shipped to an island?  Unfortunately at this time, i-parcel does not ship to islands.

Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?  Some items are not eligible for export and cannot be added to your shopping cart.  If an item is not available to ship for an i-parcel order then the entire order must be cancelled. I-parcel cannot remove or change single items on an order.  In addition, some overweight or oversized items may not be available for
international shipment.  Also, items not stocked at our main warehouse are not orderable.

Do your products also fit RHD or European Spec Mustangs?  We sell parts that fit LHD (Left Hand Drive) / US spec Mustangs. We do not sell parts specifically to only fit RHD or European spec Mustangs. Please check with your local Ford dealership with questions regarding the compatibility of LHD parts for RHD vehicles or US spec Mustang parts for European spec Mustangs. Please note that product fitment is not guaranteed for any RHD or European spec Mustangs.

What is a control number?  A control number is a shopper’s tax ID number. It is the equivalent of a Social Security Number in the USA. In some countries it is known as the shopper’s passport number, national ID number, registration number or work ID number. The countries below require a control number on a shipment documentation.

  • Taiwan - Taxpayer ID Number
  • Israel - Israeli Identity card
  • South Africa - National identification number
  • Korea - Taxpayer identification number
  • Brazil - Tax number
  • Russia - Taxpayer Identification Number

Why is this required?  It is a requirement by Customs for the above mentioned countries.

Rules & Restrictions Top

Are there any rules or restrictions I should be aware of?  Yes, there are a few rules and restrictions for orders shipped internationally.

  • International orders are not eligible for Free or discounted shipping.
  • Gift certificates are not accepted for payment.
  • At this time, coupons are limited for use on orders shipping to destinations within the US only.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to islands
  • Once your order is placed, you may not change, modify or cancel it.
  • Mounting and balancing for international orders is only available for preexisting wheel and tire kits and will add an additional lead time for shipment.
  • Replacements cannot be shipped for i-parcel orders.

How long will it take for me to receive my order? Your estimated delivery time will be provided at check out and varies by country. This estimate does not include shipping time from AmericanMuscle's warehouses to i-parcel's international shipping facility.

What Countries can my order be delivered to?  AmericanMuscle only supports international shipping to those countries listed as options in the international link.  If a country is not listed as an option, then we do not offer shipping to it at this time. 

How do I track my order?  Tracking your order is easy! Orders placed on AmericanMuscle.com for International Shipping will be delivered by i-parcel. You will be able to track the status of your order through i-parcel's tracking URL provided in your email confirmation. If you have any questions or concerns about tracking your order please send emails to customercare@i-parcel.com.

Why hasn’t my order shipped? Occasionally an order can be placed for an item that is out of stock. This is usually due to a quantity of more than 1 being ordered when only 1 item is available for shipment. This can also be a result of more than one order coming through for the same item as there may be a system import delay. I-parcel orders can only be shipped complete. Hold reasons after reaching the i-parcel international shipping facility include (but may not be limited to):

  • Missing Tax ID #
  • Payment capture
  • Shipping address review

Can an order be partially shipped?  No, i-parcel international orders cannot be partially shipped.  Also, items cannot be added, removed or changed on i-parcel orders.

Additional Shipping FAQ

  • The international shipping method chosen at checkout applies to the transit time from i-parcel’s international shipping facility to the destination address.
  • Transit times include business days only. Weekends, rest day, holidays and customs holds are excluded.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all items.  This is dependent upon the weight and dimensions of the item.
  • I-parcel does not same-day ship any orders that are delivered to their location after 11am EST.
  • I-parcel does not export orders over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Orders shipping to Switzerland are only exported on Friday.

What should I do if my package is Lost?  Please contact AmericanMuscle as soon as you are aware that your package has been lost in transit. I-parcel will accept a claim request up to 28 days from the estimated delivery date. Despite AmericanMuscle’s best efforts on your behalf, claims not submitted within that time frame may be denied by i-parcel. The customer agrees to bear all risk of loss.

How long does a Lost Package claim take to be completed? As the shipper, i-parcel will exhaust every option to locate the parcel. Claims will be denied if: There is Delivery Confirmation, Attempted Delivery, Refusal by Customer, Incorrect Address provided by Customer, Parcel Stuck, Confiscated by Customs or Parcel Returned.

What should I do if my package is received Damaged? Please contact AmericanMuscle as soon as you are aware that your package has been received damaged. I-parcel will accept a claim request up to 28 days from the actual delivery date.  All damage claims require pictures of the item received as well as pictures of the shipping box. Despite AmericanMuscle’s best efforts on your behalf, claims not submitted within the proper time frame may be denied by i-parcel. The customer agrees to bear all risk of loss.

What should I do if I receive a Defective product? In the event of a defect, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance as we are unable to accept returns for i-parcel orders. The manufacturer will have sole determination of the outcome of the claim. As a courtesy to our customers, AmericanMuscle.com will be happy to try to facilitate a thorough review of the claim, but we have no final say in the decision made by the manufacturer (i.e. approvals, denials, fees, etc.).

What is your Return Policy on International Orders?  All sales are final for international orders.

What happens with refused packages?  Refused shipments are the responsibility of the customer.  Neither American Muscle, i-parcel nor the carrier are responsible for return shipping costs or packages lost as a result of a refused shipment.  Only the signature of an AmericanMuscle.com employee will suffice as proof of delivery. The customer agrees to bear all shipping, tax, duty and insurance charges, and all risk of loss during return shipment.

Why was my package returned or cancelled prior to export?

  • A valid payment capture was not received
  • Item is not permissible for export
  • Missing Tax ID #
  • Address flagged
  • Package was received at i-parcel’s international shipping facility with damage
