Purpose-built piping and a high-efficiency core help trim heat soak, so your vehicle maintains stronger pull during back-to-back accelerations without sacrificing drivability.

      Construction and Appearance. A matte silver intercooler core with cast aluminum end tanks is paired with wrinkle black finish piping for a clean, performance-forward look. The hot-side end tank’s internal diverter plate promotes even airflow distribution across the core, while DuraCore silicone couplers and robust clamps secure leak-resistant connections. Four rubber sandwich mounts isolate vibration as the assembly anchors to the subframe, and the package is validated to support up to 526 horsepower. Engineered flow paths help realize gains of up to 12 horsepower and 11 feet-per-pound of torque on a stock tune.

      Installation. Designed as a direct replacement, the kit uses bolt-on hardware and clear component indexing to streamline the process. Position the intercooler on the rubber mounts, loosely assemble piping, then tighten from the turbo outlet forward to seat connections evenly. Verify coupler alignment, torque fasteners to specification, and inspect for hose clearance around heat sources. After installation, perform a brief idle and road check, then re-torque clamps once the system has heat-cycled to ensure a stable, rattle-free result on your vehicle.
