      Description

      High-Flow Power Upgrade. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit with Polished Piping is an advanced cooling solution for 2024 to 2026 Mustang EcoBoost models, offering a substantial performance boost without the need for tuning. Featuring a black bar-and-plate intercooler core with a 60% increase in volume, this system delivers cooler, denser air to your turbocharged engine, resulting in gains of up to 12 horsepower and 11 lb-ft of torque. With a direct-fit design, it seamlessly replaces the restrictive factory setup for noticeable improvements in throttle response and overall performance.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from premium materials, the intercooler features cast aluminum end tanks and 63mm inlets/outlets for improved airflow. The polished aluminum piping not only enhances engine bay aesthetics but also improves flow efficiency. The kit includes a diverter plate for even air distribution, foam sealing strips to reduce NVH, and a custom air deflector to ensure maximum cooling. EPDM rubber mounts isolate vibration, while CNC-machined quick-disconnect fittings and DuraCore silicone couplers guarantee long-term reliability.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with all required hardware included. The kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade and is compatible with the Mishimoto performance radiator for a complete cooling system upgrade.
