Raise and support the front of the vehicle. Center of the splitter with the center line of the bumper.

Line the mounting stanchions up with the edge of the shin spoiler.

Have a helper hold the splitter while you drill the mounting holes in the chin spoiler. **Note: Be very careful when drilling so that you DO NOT drill through the top side of the chin spoiler. Firmly press the supplied ¼” mounting push pins. **Note: If you can not get the push pin all the way in you may need to trim the splash shield. See step 5 and 6.

Optional: if you would like to tuck the side of the splitter tighter to the bottom of the chin spoiler, you will need to drill (2) additional holes. Locate a portion on the splitter that makes good contact with the underside of the chin spoiler and drill a ¼” hole through the splitter and the chin spoiler. Firmly press in the additional push pins as you did in step 3.

Some cars will require trimming of the splash shield in order for the clips to seat properly. A pair of wiring cutters will do the job. After drilling the appropriate holes through the chin spoiler. Mark the holes on the splash shield. Remove the splash shield (step6) from the car and trim a ¼” away from the outside diameter of the hole.

Removing the splash shield will require you to remove various clips, and 7mm screws.
